It goes without saying that anyone selling at the market price of 1.5c is selling at a loss (notwithstanding those selling to themselves at the same price point to incite FUD).
So, yes, if no one sells their shares from this point on, a new ATL won't be seen and, hopefully, the SP will recover from here. Simples
