Well, that's where the discussion can become conflated because there's cross-trades (XT) and then there's centre-point trades (CXXT). There's not been a lot of that happening of late. My points relate to the more bearish days, where lack of liquidity dries up and the sophies can have their way with a stock. Buying and selling to oneself could be orchestrated on really red days when FUD keeps everyone away from buying.
