I don’t think the purchase price of CHM is the isssue - whether done via scrip, cash, or someone puts in on the corporate Amex card. The real issue is the cash needed to fund the trial program. Whoever buys it outright, or just gets some allocation, they’ll need to have a bunch of cold hard cash to fund activities. $30-$50M I would think. Not sure ALA could do that without a CR.
feels like PE more likely to make an offer on this, but let’s see.
