The trials, even when as less costly as possible are designed, exceed the current funds available and that should never happen. Either I develop world class assets and secure the funding or I licence them out to those who can afford it. Hopper plays a dangerous game. Yes, he can always let IMU come to the rescue but the lower the sp the worse for sh.
Different story if PH is in negotiations with a partner as those will be based on the potential success and not on the sp / EV. But in that case the sp wouldn't be at 1.4c as there are always some in the know and would grab the sub 2c shares.
The lower the 5 day av. the lower the raising level should he choose the old fashioned CR. 1c now on the cards unless a loaded partner jumps on board.
Still not buying as it still could go a lot lower from here.
