thanks for posting that … a few interesting points made in this presentation that I haven’t seen before.
1. First time they’ve confirmed there will be two additional clinical trial sites for the CHM1101. They must be pretty close to finalising to put that in a presentation.
2. I know they’ve mentioned it before, but I felt there was additional prominence given to the fact that CHM is targeting “blood based cancers’ as well as solid cancers. My money is on our next asset acquisition targeting a blood based cancer.
3. A cheeky reference made early in the presentation in relation to how special CLTX is, that is in preclinical studies CLTX was shown to be more effective at binding and destroying GBM cells than any other antigens target, specifically calling out that CLTX was better than HER2 and IL-13, which are two heavily targeted antigens used by current drugs. Of particular interest to some here, you may be aware IMU are targeting Her2 and City of Hope’s initial CAR-T which saw a complete response in Richard, and then licensed to Mustang Bio was targeting IL-13. So what she is saying is that what we have in CLTX is much better than what Mustang have … that’s a pretty bold statement.
