With the SP @ 0.09c everyone is underwater except those that bought in the last CR ,, 3c would be a gift .... But I understand your position ... best we can hope for is IMU take this one up and CHM SH receive IMU shares as script for payment.
The SP just diminishes the value of the IP , under 1c is worst than junk stock... maybe a consolidation? 10 to 1 ? just a crying shame ,, but I still believe if it wasn't orchestrated it was the luckiest situation for the incoming SH for the $5m as they had Positive data (complete response) that they could take advantage of whilst we SH were all in Suspension?
Not a good optic..... I feel for our Science staff ,,, worked hard applied themselves garnished a complete response and those with their hands on the reigns sent the horse off,,, well a cliff ....
Imaging the next CR say $5m = another 500,000,000 shares on issue and that's if its not discounted???
