There's somthing that just doesnt seem to be right with RAD. They have raised $m x $m well above the share price, but it continues to drift back down to 2's.
It hit a high of 3.8 today, still way below the placement, & will more likely than not be back to 2s next week.
where as ALA, well that's a different story
