• someone who would be privy to how the trials are going is George Matcham (CHM director and cell therapy expert with 30 years experience at Celgene) he bought $164k @ 34c on 4/8/21.
• 68% of shares are owned by the top 20 and none have sold or we would know about it.
• 49% are owned by management and none have sold or we would know about it.
• The SP has been trading like this around 30c since it listed. The “trend” you refer to is as stockrock explained on low vol on a Friday and following the orchestrated up and down in that trading range until results.
• All of the incredible management have left senior positions in some of the best immuno-oncology companies to be here and that decision to join PH can only be based on the promise they see in the assets they have backed by joining CHM. The companies they left are Kite therapeutics, legend Biotech, Bristol Myers-Squib to name afew.
• As the SP follows this trend to just under 30c the weak hands also sell and those with conviction get to accumulate more lower.
• The data will speak for itself and with more eyes on CHM from the press, peer reviews etc the MC will appreciate to its new de-risked value. A company like this would not leak results anyhow IMHO not on HP watch.
• It’s a tough one as I do like posts like this to get more lower but it is also a shame that you may influence some of the smaller retail into selling so close to results and them missing the writing on the wall here IMHO.
