Q and A... 1. Blood/Brain barrier is a major issue with Glio. This has been a problem in the past with therapies for Glio, how is CHm different?
A: CHM goes directly into the Tumor, in the brain, bypassing many of the issues in previous therapies that have aucsed issues with the blood/brain barrier. This is why they are so keen with the what they have in terms of a Car-T going directly intratumorally. \
2. What differentiates CHM from competitors?
The science of what they have but also the fact that management have taken many cell therapies through to commercialisation. It is very hard to take cell therapies through two commercialisation, difficulties in trials, delays etc. CHM has the management that has done this many times before. They know what it takes and can take it through.
3. You announced the completion of the 1st does cohort, why was this so important?
The importance was that.... firstly. CLTRX is a first in class. This is the first time used in patients and this means it was the first time we have established in-human safety. Secondly FDA puts up a mandated staggered approach to trial in 1st dose. Once you get 1st consort you can accelerate and mandate the trial. This means they can progress faster through trials. Thirdly... as we move form the 1st to 2nd we have moved from dosing intra-tumorally to now intra-ventricular this is important significant.
4. expanding pipeline. Why is that important. What will that add?
