Thanks for you reply mate. And you are spot on in your analysisx but I think there in lies my point. Does the cost of genetically modifying the t-cells provide a cost effective solution? Is the manufacturing process available to scale up these genetically modified t-cells?
the actual questions I really want to know, why are CHM using CAR-T instead of CAR-NK to hunt CDH17? Or is this the plan one it’s proven the CAR works using t-cells?
