Agree, large discount. But look to other raisings, always sold down to the issue price, and then some, and look at time lines to recovery. IPLs 2.50 raising, and still treading water at 2.60.

Not familiar enough with the stock to comment further, but would normally assume that the raising of this size, of purpose to cover debt, would put a floor in the sp, so logic would assume upside to come, but the market a funny beast.
