whats my point? land is insanely expensive in this joint compared to other countries, young people know its a ripoff/can't afford and are mostly staying away. only ones buying are wrinklies who bought and won in the early stages of boom and now believe the can repeat their luck. Chinese buyers are often corrupt local officials looking to get loot out at any price and a backdoor entry and eventual residency in oz.
