Looks like you also have a reading problem as well Stevie boy I did not say we have significantly more dual income earners after 1999 than before but that it was around that time that they were MORE RECOGNISED in terms of household borrowing capacity. Geez you like to twist things to suit your own twisted agenda. And yep if there is a significant decrease in these types of households a price correction will occur - that said it doesn't seem to be the case and despite all the doom and gloom while the economy is far from fantastic we are still ticking along okay.
