John, the Chinese floods affecting rare earths production in China is seen as good for ASM.
The share price fall is an unrelated matter and most likely a consequence of price rising too quickly and a possible misreading of the accounts where total equity is negative.
subsequent events have converted the parent debt and post 30 June, it's a strong balance sheet with net assets of $119M, if I'm not mistaken.
