I would be very surprised/shocked/disappointed if ASM licenced the tech to China in the short term, based on the IP protection issues and the whole premise of developing a REE supply chain outside Chinese control/influence. And I cannot imagine this being permitted by South Korea, with whom ASM have a very strong relationship. Maybe for non-REE's but the IP concern remains!
