nice to see one level head in here. I often have a LT sight in my investments but when I see it getting ahead of itself I will often unload some and pick them up a bit lower. Even pick up more with the profits I've made. Between the elections and Covid etc at the moment, there is a lot in the air hence my outlook. But as you say, you only have the LT in mind so it mates your strategy to hold. Also as I mention on the other thread, I do this as my sole income so I do look to generate more but generally have my portfolio divided between different MC categories for ST, MT and LT positions etc.
At least we will understand more come next week as to whether the direction of the US may change.
