Charlos post is near the mark with ASM i believe.To me ASM has two different things happening at present.You have what is happening in Korea in proccessing the different materials into metals.It may suit them to buy the raw materials and then value add to them into a metal.Then there is Toongi in developing that resource as it suits them.
