This is spot on. David Woodall has made it clear that we will be a mine to metal producer. The only one outside China with a Green Environmentally Friendly process that uses 50-70% less energy.
Had a bit of fun with this
The number from initial feasibility for Oxides only was $320M EBITDA. They are currently optimising the plan (reviewing flowsheet, capex & opex). Lets say EBITDA once optimised is $400M
Then we need to add the metals on top of this. Whats important to note is the Metals Category is valued at $40Billion, while oxides is $4Billion.
10 times revenue opportunity. Metals is also where the margin is and this isn't even factored into any numbers yet. It wouldn't surprise me if we have a $1B+ EBITDA company sooner than you think. Even if you tripled the Volume of share on offer from 119,000,000 to 357,000,000 for funding purposes at current prices, the Earnings per share based on that looks amazing.
I believe that we could be processing metal well before we dig ore ands sourcing oxides from elsewhere to drive revenue and value sooner Eg: Titanium. Titanium isn't even part of the Dubbo feasibility but is one of the key metals they will be delivering.
What's clear is they are focused on driving the higher value products.
    Game On.
