Facts:
-The USA is the agressor in the US/China trade conflict
-China has reacted to US trade tariffs/sanctiona; not the other way around
-Australia's biggest RE producer, Lynas , has its refinery in Malaysia because of W/A's onerous environmental regulations and high
Australian labour cost inputs
-Lyna's (LYC) plant in Malaysia has been dogged with controversy regarding the disposal of its radio active waste stockpile.
The strategy seems to be to dilute the R/A tailings with roadbase for road making and/or concrete but long term leaching
seems to be a major issue, so much so, that the Malaysian Government initially required LYN to re-export the waste.
At present there seems to be a stand-off
