Summertime
It was greed (speculators) that caused an oilshock this year and resulted in the recession in the US.
As Oil comes down, Americans will drive more, spend more and hopefully start to grow.
Its just one vicious cycle and we will see it again as China will be growing in the next ten years. Governments better find a solution fast ie Ethanol or Natural Gas.
