    SPDR holdings on 2 Jan were around 794t and gold price US$1225

    SPDR holdings on 21 April are around 792t and gold price is around $1288

    Despite SPDR holdings being sold down, gold price has been going up.

    There is more demand for gold than what the brokers have forecast
