I have faith China will come thru. Plenty to read on the subject, they have a vibrant scientific community. Here are 1,390 scholarly articles primarily from within China from just this year! That right, in the last 19 days ! How bizarre that all these greedy scientists are in on the scam too. Prolific CO2 and science article emitters it would seem.

"Can China achieve its 2030 carbon emissions commitment? Scenario analysis based on an improved general regression neural network"
*** policy tightening and market allocation scenarios are set, the carbon emission intensity will decrease by 54.7%, 63.4% and 60.8% in 2030 compared to 2005. The results show that under the BAU scenario, China’s CEI reduction commitments in 2020 (40%–45%) can be achieved, but the commitment in 2030 (60%–65%) cannot be achieved
