We all know that China is the worlds largest emitter and India comes in around 4th.
Both have increased emissions by about 70% since 2005.
Both are also exempt under Paris from having to reduce their emissions before 2030.
Given that this is allegedly a climate emergency, can anyone confirm if there is any restrictions as to how much they can increase their emissions by leading into 2030?
