On one hand, we hear what a wonderful job big emitters like China and India are doing at adopting renewable technologies, and even developing their own technologies. Australia is then at fault for not pulling its weight.
But then, in the blink of an eye, we hear how places like China and India need developed countries like Australia to show them the way and lead by example.
The one constant in their argument is Australia is always seems to be the bad boy.
