GPN/PDY have a history of "leaked" pending great news- and then producing nothing. IMO it is a rumour created by either the company or large shareholder to rake in money -likely bought many millions when SP was rightly at 0.3c and created false rumour to very successfully unload them to mugs at the current price. Those guys have successfully taken you for a ride and sold at a 10-bagger.
Note that there is over a billion shares so MC currently over $30m - more than some specs that actually have prospects.
Ask yourself "why the name change" - IMO to try to hide the dark past and cash in on the evolving bull-run.
I think recent price action is an indicator that the market is starting to understand this. IMO back to sub-1c before you know what has hit you.
