DB.Perth.WA - Multiple people I know do business in China. Cougar Energy has already negotiated with the local authorities.. that is what they have been doing the past 6 months.. Cougar Energy finished and submitted the last Document that the local authorities required them to provide. It is now down to the Decision Process and by law they must make a Decision within 45 Days.
