This is what I have been talking about for some time. The Silk Road and Maritime Projects.
This is part of what I believe will end up with China funding the Ports and building them.
They have started funding and building roads/Highway from Doula to Kribi and on to Lolabe.
They are funding Kribi 1 and Kribi 2 Port Infrastructure.
They are said to be funding the Rail Corridor from Mbalam and fund the port at Lolabe.
You know this anyway.

It makes sense for them to do it in Cameroon in my opinion, as it is Central on the West/Central African coast to Europe and to Asia. The Port site at Lolabe is going to end up in 25mt water depth I believe, deep enough to accommodate Very Large Ships.
