reason why i think people dump the shares, might be because. in october it was estimate that SAFE approval will takes 2 months. it is now more than we month, people just assume approval is not given. Hence the price got driven down to below 2 cents.
Have a think about it, if chinese government don’t approve a monetary transfer. Who would ever want to invest in china? what will happen to chinese economy?
