Not an argument, but my son was contracting to BHP and did some work in Kalimantan, a coal mine owned by Adaro. They sell as "Envirocoal" or something similar, it is such good quality.
Their operation is unique: They haul the coal in B doubles to load on a barge, down a river to the sea where the coal is transferred to larger ships. Nothing as big as Newcastle operations.
