Definitely wasn't implying any chance of gallium mining lol!
Simply as stated that China is applying pressure via the form of restrictions on critical minerals into the US....and more to the point that China currently produces 90% of the HPMSM used world wide. Basically if they have the power to apply such pressure, potentially HPMSM could be a future point of pressure EV wise.
