We're talking about an article written by the Italian and Spanish Catholic press WITHOUT any proof or documentation; nor any explanation as why they thought the Chinese would be doing such a thing.
Could that act be classified as corrupt?
The question is not whether China or Italy, or the US (Fox news, for goodness' sake!) is corrupt but whether the article is correct. Disseminating disinformation is not the act of an honest organisation.
