Perhaps. America is likely next candidate to issue regulatory requirements. Australia and the UK appear to welcome it however. Maybe, just like many bitcoin miners set up base in China because of cheap power, we will see blockchain companies launch in Australia because we show no desire to suffocate innovation. Bitcoin has proven to be fairly resilient to external suppression. I don't think that will change.
