Sorry I wasn't calling this a crash, perhaps the title of the thread is misleading. I meant IF bitcoin crashes what effect would it have on DCC?
So you don't think if the Chinese government bans bitcoin that it would stop companies using it there? Wouldn't it make it harder to turn it into hard currency though? Until you can go to the pub and buy a beer with it you still need to change it into spendable 'money' yes?
You are right about the government thing though. If the government is worried about it, must be good!
I'm sorry if these questions are too noobish. I'm rapidly learning as much about crypto as I can so that I can invest in it. I've got a bit of bitcoin which has really increased in value since I bought it. But i'd like to know more about it so I can know what I'm doing, rather than just having a punt.
