If you have some evidence of Western governments hacking foreign companies databases, IP and other private corporate data to help their own domestic companies gain a competitive advantage in the global market place then please present it. Otherwise it is pure speculation.

There is a huge amount of evidence of China doing this kind of hacking and IP, data theft in a massive and systematic way for a long time now against agreements signed by all governments at G20. Atrocious behavior by China and finally being called out by other nations (including Australia) that are victims of it.
