GL Hoyland, while the auditors statements will make any negotiations very difficult to complete I guess a small slice of any pie in a merger/funding round etc will be better than no pie. Reading the annual report there is a lot of interesting developments with BLT but the time pressure to secure funding is HUGE and with only a couple of months left before the board would have to seek refuge it can not be an easy operating scenario.

While the LT seems obvious, its the VERY ST that will determine if BLT survives.
