You're right it's not rosy over there. I still don't see a underlying issue with wanting a better life? If they produce a net benefit to Australia be it a skill or consumption I fail too see a issue? Add that with majority of Indians core values aligning with Australia. SYD and MB may be booming, many other rural towns are not.
