Given the depth of the Chinese IO deposits (new finds handily announced prior to IO price negotiations), they may as well own the largest IO deposit called the earth's core which is 100% FE (if they dig deep enough).
Be pateient. SDL will be a star performer in the years to come if it secures funding or JV to develop the mines.
More likely IMO, the whole company will get bought by someone like Xstrata or Anglo American. If this happens in the middle of the next commodity BOOM in about 2 years, then prepare for a windfall.
Other companies that I recommend others to invest in (also likely targets of takeover due to their compelling 1st-tier assets) include the nickel plays WSA and MBN.
