    History shows any interferance with free market forces generally leads to delayed or inadequate investment in new capacity to solve the shortage problems that exist. It drives investment elsewhere. The one thing it does is signal to import dependent nations, time to shore up supply chains! The Georgina Basin phosphate boom will put the iron ore boom to shame as high food prices are here so long as high oil prices are here ... ie a very long time!
