I am not aware of any official Australian govt member suggesting it came from a lab - we just wanted an investigation into the origins of the virus to aid in future prevention.
Additionally at this point in time what would you expect any official to say when they are in the middle of an investigation - if they say anything like that China would likely shutdown their investigation. Better to wait until the investigation is concluded and no more investigation is required in China before we reject any origin option.
