Yes, well if there was any market confidence in the ASX, and any regulation either of the banks or wider financial services industry into say disallowed, you would not have all this insider trading, AML issues, child exploitation and all the other shambolic parts of an Australian financial services industry in the toilet.
no governance in these ASX listed companies whatsoever, perhaps the securities exchanges in Shanghai and Shenzhen are better regulated even.
