BG, actually it will drop to 3 ply at worst i feel. 2ply will be parts of Eastern Euro & possibly Japan, whilst the 1 ply will be Zimbabwe;-)
There will be enough of a confused world push to elevate the USD back up to paper towel status, once it's hit its rock bottom! ie. there'll be enough world funding of the 3 ply to boost it's rank by then;-)
