It seems as though this is a positive. 81 000 new EV companies last year in China. Just a restriction on those entering the market. CNBC have some good articles on it. Seems like less licences will be given out for production etc. Less competition for established EV companies. And most likely encouragement for the big players to buy out some smaller players...
