Well, it's the telegraph, so not a real news paper, doesn't actually say anything firm with verifiable sources, mostly speculation. But I find this possibility intriguing.
Imagine a protectionist West placing tariffs on Chinese car makers to protect their own, only to find that their own makers can't actually put an EV together because China decides to control the export of batteries... Dream scenario for Cinovec tbh.
