China had to buy PPE from oversea because it was the one and only country in the world that caught that "China Virus."
So...WHY didn't China shut it's borders prior to usurping in excess of 2.4 billion pieces of the worlds PPE stocks ?
Isn't there plenty of PPE and toilet papers in Australia. We all know what happened.
