I suspect it is the other way around. Lynas know China will start to kill illegals so they have to complete MtK deal quick in order to be approved easily. Why? If you look at the web and search what China gov officers said to the public, they are all very consistent to what is happening today. It is just SLOW only. On the other hand, Lynas last Sep qtr report told everyone to approve the NEW deal and giving you 1/2 month to make decision. But can you get any hint from June qtr report? Finally, do people actually know the real relation connection between the japanese loan interest reduction deal with MtK share dilution deal? In money term, these two deals have not much relationship at all...i think
