I don't know if I would call a crash in property as such, but there is DEFINITELY increased downside risk, not just from Chinese property investor demand, but from a potential for global contagion to affect the local jobs market.
Keep your powder dry and a keen eye out for opportunities.
Volatility can be scary but can also present some of the best buying opportunities.
