Nope ..... never said I dismiss it ... distrust it? .. nope even thats a bit harsh ... it more like I wouldn’t bank on it as definitive ... thats all.
And as far as fiduciary duty is concerned ... all company officers are under such obligation and as i pointed out once before it makes no difference ... HIH case in point.
ASIC and ASX rules a & regs are set up in such a way as too lay full onus on you to report appropriately, much like the ATO and your tax return ...... like a game of chance only time you’ll get screwed is if they decide to do an audit or in ASIC’s case ... an investigation as in HIH .... years after the event ...... any way I treat TON’s w/cast as adverts for the company and you do not so we will just have to agree to disagree and keep ...bumping! into each other I suppose ..
