The valid point that Bread made regarding dodgy deals and scams I think has been covered by CDY retaining the services of YPB.
YPB is to ensure by digital and electronic means that counterfeiting and ripping off of supplies does not occur.
YPB was hired on specifically to combat this in the Chinese market.
This is a sign of good due diligence by CDY and shows they are aware of the problems that can happen.

Would be interesting to find out what the annual import minimums are, as stated in the release.
I doubt it would be just a box of a dozen mixed Activators and shampoos plus a couple of tubs of Mask.
