Rude and uncalled for. One would certainly expect that there's been a sheetload of due diligence done on this partner, but bread's concern is 100% appropriate to raise. I've seen a number of Australian companies with headline grabbing distribution agreements in China that have come to S.F.A. as the substance of the JV partner has fallen well short of the promise. I suspect that bread also has far more experience of Chinese language websites and e-commerce channels than most of the rest of us on here.

And perhaps you should do your own grammar checking while "your" at it
