I am sure Maria has done her homework, and the deal has all kind of ties towards costs and set up fees.
Whilst Cellmid have agreed to supply training costs, the lodgement and start up costs are self funded and with minimum order placements set, ... it's a win win.

I understand that there have been dodgy deals in the past in China, but I am pretty sure that Dennis would certainly not allow any such deals to go ahead unless he was confident. He has been around the traps before and knows how to deal with foreign partnerships.
